Since 2004, Liesbeth has been located in Central Europe and works as a research analyst of local markets and supply chains, as well as consultant to international organizations in Food and Agribusiness. Projects concentrate on animal protein supply chains in Russia, Ukraine and Romania, as well as a broad range of local research projects for the Dutch Embassy in Hungary.

Her work experience ranges from farm level (dairy farm in France) to the retail end of the food supply chain (Albert Heijn, The Netherlands), as well as nine years work experience supplying research and financial solutions to international Food and Agri clients of Rabobank HQ. Liesbeth holds an Msc Degree in Animal Science and Business Administration (Wageningen University).
