Prior to forming Cardy-Brown &amp; Co\u00a0 in 2007,\u00a0Emma\u00a0held senior positions with Monsanto (Seminis), Syngenta and Rabobank.\u00a0 Emma&#8217;s practical agricultural skills were obtained\u00a0during her\u00a0early career working on the family beef operation in Mato Grosso, Brazil.
